In Germany, a freelancer is considered to be someone who does not work commercially, but offers high-quality services on their own responsibility due to their professional qualifications or a certain talent. Freelancers can come from the field of technology as well as the sciences. Are you thinking about starting your own business? The Gründungsbüro can support you in this process and works together with the Institute for Freelance Professions in Erlangen, among others.
