In the workshop “Right of residence meets business plan”, students and academics/scientists from non-EU countries who are interested in setting up a business in Germany will be shown details, special features and solutions based on practical examples. The workshop provides insights into questions such as: What possibilities are there for you under residence law? Which residence requirements do you have to fulfil and which residence title can you apply for and how? Are there different options and which are the most favourable? Using practical examples, the seminar “Residence Law Meets Business Plan” provides information on the intricacies, special features and viable solution.

The workshop will be held by Dr. Ralf Sänger.
